Angular Vertical Scaling

Vertical Scaling in the process of going end to end.  It will be narrow in range but must go end to end.  When the vertical scale works then we can horizontally scale.

1. Create view (html with binding expressive language)
2. Create Controller (use snippet code on link)
3. Create Data Context (calls for data)
4. Create Route
5. Add Controller in the HTML
