We were caught in analysis paralysis when we started the requirements journey. Since things were changing too quickly in the build phase, we had to shift to the <strong>BUREAUCRATIC <\/strong>style in the testing and release phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The release phase needs a <strong>COACHING<\/strong> style for the deployment and Production Support teams.
