The delivery team requests to work with you <br>because you make\u00a0<em>their<\/em>\u00a0job easier.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WEEKLY ADAPTATION RULE <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every Monday morning at 8 AM ET, look at last week&#8217;s scores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>If any role scored \u2264 4:<\/strong>\u00a0That role is your &#8220;Emergency Focus&#8221; for the week.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Example:<\/em>\u00a0If Execution is a 3, cancel your Thursday Strategic block and spend that time creating a deployment checklist and shadowing the delivery team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If Execution drops 2+ points:<\/strong>\u00a0This is your\u00a0<em>most critical warning<\/em>. Stop all strategy work and\u00a0<strong>ship something<\/strong>\u2014even a small milestone. Execution is the role that makes all other roles credible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you score a 10 in any role:<\/strong>\u00a0Immediately document the specific event. This becomes Exhibit A in your self-assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If your average dips below 6 for 2 weeks:<\/strong>\u00a0Send a candor check-in to the Pod Lead:\u00a0<em>&#8220;My self-score is lower than I want. Here is my plan to fix it.
