These keyboard shortcuts work in the most used Microsoft Office &amp; other Windows programs.<\/p>\n<p>Keyboard Shortcuts &#8211; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (many will also work in Outlook)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Basic shortcuts that work the same in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint:<\/li>\n<li>Ctrl + (Control key plus) -A, B, C, F, H, I, N, O, P, S, U, V, X, Y, Z<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p>Most used (in order of mostly used\/importance, Anderson Sykes&#8217;s opinion) are: S, C, V, Z, X, P, Y<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>They represent in order:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select All = A<\/li>\n<li>Bold = B<\/li>\n<li>Copy = C<\/li>\n<li>Find = F<\/li>\n<li>Find &amp; Replace = H<\/li>\n<li>Italics = I<\/li>\n<li>New = N\n<ol>\n<li>eg. Word = new document, Excel = new spreadsheet, Powerpoint = new presentation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Open (file) = O<\/li>\n<li>Print = P<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Save = S<\/u><\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>The most valuable of all. Use frequently &amp; repeatedly. Do not depend on the AutoSave setting of any program. Still, debating whether or not to use it?
