but they will resist if you ask them TO change.\u00a0 There is strong resistance to change because things will usually break.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Traditionally, there is associated blame when things break.\u00a0 This blame contributes to change resistance.\u00a0 Change is labeled the primary cause of stress, but it is essential to recognize that our response is our stress. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Change management is the art of beneficial change with minimum interruption of today&#8217;s processes and services.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Keep up with Change<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Changes in objective or design strategies are inevitable<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, so plan for them rather than assume they will not come.\u00a0 Business change is coming faster than ever due to technological changes, which further impact business changes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>Your ability to anticipate the nature of change determines your progress.\u00a0 <\/strong>You must change your approach to match the ever-changing problem you are trying to solve.\u00a0 It would be best if you changed your assumptions so you can see the world as it is.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Change is automatic, but progress is NOT<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.\u00a0 Change is happening daily, so too you must change as you strive for incremental improvement.\u00a0 Change now, keep moving and build moment, or the friction of time will wear you down like sand against a rock.\u00a0 You will have failure by standing still.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Change the game from time to time to keep it fresh and fight against boredom, one of the\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"http:\/\/www.designandexecute.com\/designs\/3-plateaus-that-prevent-success\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">plateaus to success<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.\u00a0 If we are not improving, we are sliding.\u00a0 We are never staying the same.\u00a0 We need daily, never-ending consistent improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Change Management Plan<\/h1>\n<blockquote><p>The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new &#8211;
