The Gallup Organization<\/a>\u2019s researched organizations globally for over 25 years.\u00a0 Gallup\u2019s research has interviewed over a million (1 MM) employees and 80 000 companies. At the end of the analysis they were able to crystallize over one hundred million questions into these twelve key questions that measure the strength of an organization by linking it to actual performance classifiers.<\/p>\n

The Questions are broken into 4 stages of your journey in a job as you ascend to its summit.<\/p>\n

  1. Foundational Basics<\/strong> at the start of your job climb – Questions 1 and 2<\/li>\n
  2. Skills and Contribution – <\/strong>Questions 3 -6<\/li>\n
  3. Belonging and Team – <\/strong>Questions 7 – 10<\/li>\n
  4. Growth and Innovation – <\/strong>Questions 11 – 12<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The twelve questions are:<\/h1>\n

    1. Do I know what is expected of me at work?<\/li>\n
    2. Do I have the materials and equipment I need to do my work right?<\/li>\n
    3. At work, do I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day?<\/li>\n
    4. \u00a0In the last seven days, have I received recognition or praise for doing good work?<\/li>\n
    5. \u00a0Does my supervisor, or someone at work, seem to care about me as a person?<\/li>\n
    6. \u00a0Is there someone at work who encourages my development?<\/li>\n
    7. At work, do my opinions seem to count?<\/li>\n
    8. Does the mission\/purpose of my company make me feel my job is important?<\/li>\n
    9. Are my co-workers committed to doing quality work?<\/li>\n
    10. Do I have a best friend at work?<\/li>\n
    11. In the last six months, has someone at work talked to me about my progress?<\/li>\n
    12. This last year, have I had opportunities at work to learn and grow?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
